Celebrate the summer solstice with this three day immersive journey exploring yoga, nutrition and wellness. Surrounded by the superbly unspoiled natural beauty of St Mullins and the Barrow river valley, we mark this high point in the year’s turning with an open heart and mind.
Using nature as our primary guide we learn how to slow right down using different mindfulness techniques. Some of the techniques we explore include the Japanese art of Shinrin-yoku or forest bathing and a range of yoga styles from Hatha and Vinyasa Flow to Yin yoga. Meditation will be another focus of the weekend and we will experience a range of different Meditation approaches.
Mulvarra’s hosts Tim and Linda are looking forward to welcoming you. Tim will guide you through some dynamic yoga sessions in the morning and afternoon and relaxing yin and yoga nidra/meditation sessions in the evening.

Deze week is voor iedereen die graag zingt of altijd al heeft willen zingen! In het pittoreske St Mullins, in het zuidoosten van Ierland, kun je genieten van de omgeving, het lekkere eten, en natuurlijk het zingen. Er is genoeg vrije tijd om kennis te maken met Ierland: Tim (Iers) en Linda (Nederlandse) van Mulvarra House helpen je daar graag bij.

This is a full day of creativity, curiosity, empowerment and nurture. Taking time from your busy life to reconnect to your true self is such a gift and an act of self-care. It is you showing up to do the inner work, to firstly become curious and then get to know the unknown aspects of yourself. This workshop will help you to gain clarity, peace and to regain a connection to your unique and important place in the universe. There is no need to be artistic to do this work, mandalas lie within each of us. You will create your own mandala, and the symbols that emerge in your piece will be courted gently, allowing them to reveal their wisdom to you. When you work with your mandala you may experience moments of revelation, clarity, harmony, peace and inner happiness.
