A Little About Me!
Kate has been practising yoga for many years before she decided to take her teacher training. She has been teaching yoga now since 2014. Her training is based in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Vipassana meditation. She’s had the pleasure of working with many wonderful teachers over the years, some here on our own soil, and some further a field, which has created a diverse framework that she bases my classes on.
Summer Yoga Yoga Retreat

As we transition from spring into summer, this yoga retreat will be a wonderful opportunity to replenish your energy, rest your mind and soothe your soul!
By immersing yourself in a weekend of yoga practices, meditation, and relaxation, whilst enjoying deliciously prepared wholesome food, is sure to leave you with an intimate sense of rejuvenation, health and wellness!
There will be plenty of time set aside to connect closely with nature, in this beautiful setting along the Barrow river in Co. Carlow!
The yoga practices will cater for all levels, and you will be encouraged to listen to your own needs throughout your stay.

Yoga and Meditation Retreat

The closest public transport is the bus or train from Dublin or Waterford to Thomastown . From Thomastown there are taxis available (cost is 25-30 Euros)

The Breathing Space studio
This large, light-filled space has commanding views over the Barrow River and surrounding forests, as well as the 7th century monastic settlement of St Mullins itself. Although it was designed specifically to function as a yoga studio and mediatation space, it supports multiple uses. It features a special infra red heating system and a full complement of yoga equipment.
