Join us for a very special watercolour painting workshop at Mulvarra House with renowned artist Mairead Holohan. Whether you are  completely new to painting or a seasoned painter looking to hone your technique, this workshop is for you.  As a bonus you will be staying amidst some of the most beautiful  landscape in Ireland. St Mullins, known as the Jewel of the Barrow, is one of the most magical and picturesque villages in this gorgeous part of Ireland’s Ancient East.

We are delighted to host artist Mairead Holohan for this weekend of watercolour painting in the beautiful surroundings of St Mullins. Mairead will be using the landscape and our surroundings to create loose watercolours, working wet into wet and learning the stages of this process. Mairead will first do a painting demo, and then you get a chance to try it out with Mairead’s expert guidance. Every participant will go home with their own ‘loose and wonderful’ watercolour painting.

This weekend workshop will run from Friday evening until Sunday lunchtime, staying in the majestic surroundings of Mulvarra House in St Mullins. All materials will be covered in the cost of the workshop, as well as all meals and drinks and accommodation in one of our comfortable ensuite bedrooms.
