Having worked in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years, Thérese is a passionate instructor and life time student who loves to constantly update and learn new ways and possibilities to improve our health and wellbeing. She works a lot with private clients in her role of Nutritional Health coach, Pilates & Movement facilitator, Massage or Reflexologist. She teaches classes in the Carlow area and works with a studio in Dublin.
A Day Retreat
for Self Care
15th February
A day to switch off from the chatter of your mind and listen to your own body. A day to relax and release and tune inwards with Meditation, Pilates, Myofascial release and self massage. After lunch we will escape into nature, take a walk of the beautiful surrounding area and finish the day as we melt away with a relaxing Yin Yoga session.

The Breathing Space studio
This large, light-filled space has commanding views over the Barrow River and surrounding forests, as well as the 7th century monastic settlement of St Mullins itself. Although it was designed specifically to function as a yoga studio and mediatation space, it supports multiple uses. It features a special infra red heating system and a full complement of yoga equipment.
