Oonagh Trehin and Liesl Keen

Oonagh is a registered associate nutritionist (BSc Nutrition, MSc Public Health) based in Co. Wexford. Oonagh is passionate about helping people make peace with food and their bodies, so that they can focus on what is important to them. Nutrition can be complicated with all the advice and information out there, but Oonagh can clear up any nutrition myths or confusion. Through her business, Little O Nutrition, Oonagh has helped many clients overcome emotional eating, poor health and lots more.

Liesl is an organisational psychology and human resources professional and coach with almost 20 years’ experience in various industries at management level. Liesl approaches engagements as a partnership, based on honesty and integrity. Her coaching style is intuitive, insightful, and supportive while results orientated.

1130-1200 Session 2: Limiting beliefs and nutrition myth-busting
1200-1245 Lunch
1245-1300 Meditation
1300-1330 Session 3: Emotional eating, coping skills and thriving day to day
1330-1500 Session 4: Bringing it into the real world and goal setting
1500-1530 Q&A and closing messages

The Breathing Space studio
This large, light-filled space has commanding views over the Barrow River and surrounding forests, as well as the 7th century monastic settlement of St Mullins itself. Although it was designed specifically to function as a yoga studio and mediatation space, it supports multiple uses. It features a special infra red heating system and a full complement of yoga equipment.
