Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- handful dates, pitted and soaked for about half an hour
- 200 gr oats
- 5 tbsp apple puree
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp flax seeds
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 30 gr desiccated coconut
- 60 gr raisins
- pinch of salt
METHOD

Depends on how big you cut the pieces 🙂Â
Vegetarian and vegan
- Preheat the oven to 200℃.
- Use coconut oil to grease a brownie tin.
- Put the chia seeds in a bowl with 8 tbsp of water. Let it sit for 20 minutes until it forms a gel.
- Put the dates and the coconut oil in a food processor and whizz.
- Mix all the other ingredients. Add the chia seeds and then the dates and mix well.
- Put it all in the prepared tin and press it down with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for at least 20 minutes, until golden brown. Leave to cool before removing from the tin.
