Dropin outdoor yoga classes
a magical way to start your weekend
Each Saturday morning during July and August, we move into the great outdoors with an invigorating hour of yoga in St Mullins. For the first classes in July, we will host the classes at Mulvarra House. The classes are dropin and must be booked the week of the class. The links will be up by Thursday afternoon each week. Each class costs 10 Euros pp.
For the first two classes – because parking space at Mulvarra is limited – we will impose a class limit of 15 people. Car pooling is encouraged wherever possible. If you book and are unable to attend please notify us  at the earliest opportunity, so somebody else can avail of your spot.
Please note that we will try to hold the class outside on the yoga lawn at Mulvarra, weather permitting. However, if it is raining we will just move into the studio and hold the class inside on any given week. Either way try to bring your own mat. Also to protect your mat from getting dirty, something like a picnic blanket for under the mat is a good idea (or a blanket) but this is a matter of preference

on rainy days...
After the challenge of trying to run outdoor classes in an Irish Summer last year, we took the decision that this summer we will run the classes slightly differently. Instead of running the classes down on the riverbank in St Mullins, we are moving up to Mulvarra House. When the weather is nice we will be outside on our brand new yoga lawn looking over the rive. When the weather is not so nice we will be indoors in our gorgeous heated studio, the Breathing Space. I have placed a cap on the size of the class because of this, so you can just show up and know that we can decide in the moment out or in -whichever is most appropriate Either way you you’ll get your weekend off to a flying start.
