introduction to vegan cooking

Half day workshop 8th of december

The world of food can sometimes seem such a challenge. There are a lot of mixed messages out there: what to eat, what not to eat, superfoods, plant-based diets, detox retreats..the list goes on and on.

Here at Mulvarra we like to keep it simple: your common sense will tell you what’s good for you and what’s not. You know which ingredients are healthy and which aren’t. The key is to try and vary your diet so that your meals are nutritious ánd delicious.

This workshop will help you to incorporate more plant-based foods into your diet, even if you’re not vegan.
I will be demonstrating some quick and delicious vegan food – ideas for dinner, lunch and snacks.

We’ll of course taste all the food together and you’ll go home with all the recipes too. Happy cooking!

cooking demonstration at mulvarra house

The workshop/cooking demonstration will take place in Mulvarra House’s kitchen and dining room. Linda will demonstrate all the recipes and we will share them together in the newly equipped dining room. You will leave Mulvarra House with all the recipes so you can try them at home.
