online cooking sessions from Mulvarra's kitchen
10, 17 and 24 February
Spending time in the kitchen for some people is an evil necessity and for others it’s pure joy. However you feel about cooking, food plays an important part in our lives and we spend quite some time eating food, thinking about food, loving food, sometimes hating food and cherishing food.
It seems that in the last couple of months, more and more people took the opportunity to spend time in the kitchen. Making fresh bread, trying out new recipes, sharing recipes with friends and family; it was a way for many of us to cope with the lockdown.
Let’s continue spending a bit more time in the kitchen! Join Linda for one, two and/or three cooking sessions in January. This is how it works:
- Email info@mulvarra.com if you are interested to join
- You will be asked to pay an €8 fee for one session; you decide which session(s) you’d like to join. A PayPal link will be sent to you for easy payment
- Once you’ve paid for your session(s), we will send you a list of ingredients so you have everything ready on the evening
- You will be sent a zoom link a few hours before the session
- During the actual session, Linda will guide you through the recipe, step by step
- You will make a main course and a side dish or a dessert
- Afterwards, we will send you the recipe so you can always make it again
- All recipes are vegetarian and when not vegan, there will be information on how to make it so
- Happy cooking!
The menu:
Wednesday 10 February: A veggie jalfrezi curry, we’ll make our own curry paste
Wednesday 17 February: A one-pot spaghetti dish with kale and tomatoes
Wednesday 24 February: A quinoa stew with turmeric and potatoes
